Artist Spotlight: Beth Hoeckel
I know I’m dealing with an incredible artist when I experience one of three reactions: frustration due to sheer perplexity, elation for no apparent reason, or (worst/best of all) I shed actual tears. Beth Hoeckel has been one of few artists to produce some combination of all three of these. 
Her unique perspective and imagination show us a world that definitely evokes some kind of emotion, whether it’s wonder, happiness, or just “huh?”
Every time I think I’ve found a favorite, she comes up with something new. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
